The Studio

Our training and coaching facility is like no other that you’ve seen before. We offer a quiet, private and safe setting where you can exercise.

Here, the focus in on YOU, without the usual distractions found in a commercial gym setting. We have areas to benefit your strength & conditioning training.

Equipment in the gym:
– Leg press, leg curl & leg extension machines
– Assisted pull-up & dip machine
– Multi-function cable machine
– Half rack with bench for barbell press
– Multiple lifting platforms
– Indoor turf area
– Sled (push/pull)
– Functional fitness equipment (plyo boxes, battling ropes, rigging)
– Multiple bars (safety squat, hex bar, various weight & size barbells)
– Assault bike, Ski Erg, rower & Bike Erg
– Swiss balls, foam rollers, medicine balls

We have the highest level of commercial grade gym equipment from partners such as Eleiko, all of which is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable training experience.

Our mission

Our goal is to deliver customised fitness & nutrition to each individual. No matter what you wish to achieve, we aim to help you get closer to your training and nutrition goal. This is the reason that we put so much energy into your personal ambitions and current life situation.

We provide the support, accountability, motivation, and are the backbone for you during your journey to better health. We want you to live out each day stronger and better than the day before.

We believe that true strength carries over into everything you do—from how you function at work and in your relationships with others, to the way you feel when you go to bed at night. We also believe that everyone’s strengths are different.

Who can we help?

We are here to support you as an individual, a family, a couple, a group of friends, or even a club that has a specific training need.

  • Are you concerned about your kids being inactive, or perhaps they are fussy eaters, or just because they mainly prefer junk food?
  • Do you have a family history of heart issues or the like, and want to improve your health before you have health problems?
  • Are you getting older and are concerned about losing muscle strength and bone density?
  • Are you a woman that has experienced menopause and can’t shake off that extra weight?
  • Are you a cyclist or runner that wants to improve your mobility, and/ or strength for the sport?
  • Do you want to get your family active and eating cleaner, healthier foods, but are unsure as to where to start?

We can cater to so many different people, from teens that wish to learn weight lifting in a safe way, with a specially adapted method, to families looking for a minor – to a major – lifestyle overhaul, to the senior that needs guidance as to how to become physically active to avoid injury. Like we stated above we provide customised fitness & nutrition to each individual.


With You Just Stronger, you have the full support of a coach off the gym floor and the guidance of a coach on the gym floor. But this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t enjoy your time in the gym with your friends and community. At You Just Stronger, you’ll enjoy each day while you continue progressing for the months and years to come!

Being part of a community gives us a sense of identity. It not only helps us to understand who we are, but it allows us to be part of something larger than ourselves.

We are building a strong community both inside and outside our gym. We want to make sure that you are always supported, can show off your progress and be proud of it, and that you remain inspired and excited about your training.
