Summer training for kids & teens
During the summer holiday we will offer training camps for kids and teens on a weekly basis. The camps are open to all youths, whether they live here in Spain or are on vacation in the area. Our experienced youth coach Klara will get the kids moving with games, workouts, agility training and more.
Do your kids need some time to burn off energy during the summer in a safe, cool (A/C) space? Or perhaps they want to stay fit, or improve their fitness for clubs that start again in September. We are passionate about keeping our youth active and in sports!
Training will be held in small groups, 3 times per week. Sessions will include a combination of body weight training, functional fitness, mini-workshops about lifestyle choices, healthy eating, outdoor training, and weight lifting for the Teens.
Sessions will be as follows:
Kids 9-12 years: 11:00 – 12:30 – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Teens 13-17 years: 12:30 – 14:00: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
