Before working with a client we perform the following:

  • An initial consultation to assess goals and to gain information crucial for the coaching process.
  • An inBody scan to get accurate body composition.
  • A physical assessment that allows our coaches to find any weakness’ in the body and areas that need to be targeted.

We tailor make all packages according to your wishes and needs. Each package is for 1 month of coaching and prices depend on what you are looking for and need. Here are a few examples to inspire you:

  • 2 x 30 minute nutrition consultations

  • private 1 to 1 coaching 2 days a week
