Our training and coaching facility is like no other that you’ve seen before. We offer a quiet, private and safe setting where you can exercise.
Here, the focus in on YOU, without the usual distractions found in a commercial gym setting. We have areas to benefit your strength & conditioning training.

– Half rack with bench for barbell press
– Multiple lifting platforms
– Indoor turf area
– Sled (push/pull)
– Functional fitness equipment (plyo boxes, battling ropes, rigging)
– Multiple bars (safety squat, hex bar, various weight & size barbells)
– Assault bike, Ski Erg, rower & Bike Erg
– Swiss balls, foam rollers, medicine balls
We have the highest level of commercial grade gym equipment from partners such as Eleiko, all of which is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable training experience.
