Coach Robson
My background is in elite sport where I have worked with International Rugby teams, Formula 1 Drivers, tennis players, Olympic & Paralympic athletes among others. I have been based for the past 6 years at the world renowned SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, working with high profile individuals including royalty, celebrities, singers, actors, models, CEO’s, entrepreneurs etc.
My vision is that the same principles & science used to train elite athletes should be used for everyone – it all depends on context and adapting to your client, their body & their needs. I like to find the middle ground between what you as a client wants to do, what your body can do & what you should actually do; whilst preventing injury & unnecessary pain or problems.
I was born in the United Kingdom but grew up here in the Costa Blanca and have had the pleasure of travelling the world with my work!

Coach Kirsty
Kirsty is passionate about helping her clients feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of life.
As an experienced yoga teacher, personal trainer, and women’s health coach, she supports clients in building sustainable fitness and wellness habits, especially through the unique challenges that can come with hormonal shifts, menstrual health, and menopause.
Kirsty has worked with thousands of women around the world, offering guidance not just on movement and training, but also on topics like cyclical living, managing weight through menopause, and understanding how menstrual disorders can affect physical performance. Her approach is rooted in education, empathy, and evidence based strategies to help her clients feel their best physically, emotionally and mentally.
